CILA Loss Adjuster in the staff. We specialize in evaluating losses and assessing risks across various sectors. Muthanna Rubaye (Cert. CILA) is a seasoned Loss Adjuster and Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He possesses extensive expertise in managing property, marine, and aviation hull claims, and prepares risk assessment reports on behalf of numerous insurance companies.
Certificate Member (13528) in Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters.
He is an aircraft maintenance engineer, engaged in workshop, base, and line maintenance for 18 years.
